Gojangle is the new international independent music company that comes at no charge. We specialize in not only promotions, but also the ultimate development of a band. Our system takes the band from a fledgling developing an audience to an actual record contract. 

We start new bands to our company in the first tier playing in venues for 100-150 people. There we can see what kind of a draw you bring in, what kind of music you play, and how far along the band has developed on its own.  

After you have grown and proven you are strong enough to bring enough fans in, you play before 250-300 people in our second tier.  

You are not left to your own devices in tier one. Our promotions team advertises at shows and on the streets distributing flyers and putting up posters. We also have a Web site of course, but our site has a few unique features. 

The digital press kit gives you a domain name with a profile to upload and maintain, including space for mp3 files, video files, band bios, and show announcements. It doesn’t stop there. The site has its own 24-hour Gojangle radio station and Gojangle TV featuring videos from Gojangle bands. 

Venues use our site to advertise shows and recruit from our hundreds of bands. This gives bands a chance to expand their influence beyond Gojangle events and shows. 

After mastering the second tier, proving to venue owners that you can bring the crowds that make it profitable for them to play at their place, there is the third tier. This features premium venues that hold crowds of 500-1,000. At this point you may think Gojangle has taken you as far as it can, but what makes this a true development company is the advancement the company continues to offer. 

With our development program operational in LA, Chicago, and NY, as well as across the Atlantic in London, we can help you develop a tour. We can provide the venues and the find the fan base to make that tour successful.  As our reach expands that ability is only growing. 

Gojangle also has relations with a radio station in London where we can push our artists and we have the ultimate connection, that with a Record Company. 

Stonecutter Records is based in Chicago and is owned by Chris Steinmetz. The Chris Steinmetz who has produced and engineered albums for big names such as Kiss, Ben Harper, Kanye West, Buddy Guy, BB King, The Plain White Ts, and Dashboard Confessional.  

Once you are successfully playing the premium venues and we are convinced of your talent our panel of A&R people will view your show and decide whether to sign you to a record deal with Stone Cutter Records.
