Returns & Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction is our top priority -- if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange an item exchange or refund. Contact us at store@gojangle.com
Shipping Errors
As perfect as we try to be, there is always a chance for human error. If you receive the wrong item or the same order twice, do not hesitate to call us so we may correct the error. If we ship you the wrong item, we will immediately ship you the correct item with a pre-paid shipping label and directions on how to return the incorrect item. In addition, there is an option to be included on newsletters on store news, new products, special offers, and other promotional announcements.
